Val Pellice is in the heart of the Cozie Alps. The last community you come to in this scenic valley is Bobbio Pellice.

One of the most remarkable features of the Waldensian valleys is the spirit you can sense. This is the living testimony of what the Lord has done, down through the centuries, in this part of Italy.

The decision to build Forterocca in Bobbio Pellice was not taken lightly but was very carefully thought through.  At one time these valleys were the training ground for Waldensian believers who took their faith out into the world, often facing intense persecution and even death by martyrdom.  

It is our dream that once again people will flow out from these valleys having been strengthened and encouraged in their faith, trained for what lies ahead, and ready to throw themselves wholeheartedly into the ministry of God's kingdom on earth.  We want Forterocca to be a center for encouragement, partnership, growth, and training so that we can see these dreams fufilled.
